how to fry fish

Fry fish is one of the most tastest meat preparation .It is so good that you will never want to stop eating.Fry fish if cut into small pieces before frying is a powerful finger food espically with my hot sauce(recipe coming soon).Fish can also fry by just adding salt to taste and black pepper and dusting in flour.Ihave found that over coating the fish remove a lot of its flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs fish fillet
  • 4 heads scallion
  • 1/2 head garlic
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 4 sprigs tyme
  • 1 tps black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 lime
  • oil for frying
  • flour for dusting

Preperation:

  • Wash fish with lime , cut into desire size set aside
  • Blend scallion,garlic,celeryand tyme
  • In a large bowl add fish and blended ingredients  also salt and black pepper
  • Mix well and place in fridge overnight or longer
  • When ready remove from fridge drain excess liquid
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • When oil is hot , roll fish in flour add to pan (DO NOT OVER CROWD THE PAN WITH FISH LEAVE ROOM TO TURN IT)
  • Lower heat to medium
  • when fis moves freely , flip it
  • fry until golden brown on both sides ,fliping a few times if necessary
