Chicken breast is dry. But there is one way to prepare it to be soft and juicy.
This method can be applied to all breasts. This recipe takes the preparation of Turkey to a new level. North Americans will just love it.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken/turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon baking soda (NOT BAKING POWDER)
- 1/2 tps. black pepper
- 1/2 tps ground garlic
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Cut chicken/turkey breast into flat pieces like stakes.
Add baking soda. Rub baking soda into breast and allow to sit for 15 minutes
Rinse breast to remove baking soda taste.
Drain excess water and apply seasoning.
YOU CAN USE ANY SEASONING OF YOUR CHOICE. THIS IS NOT IMPORTANT HERE.
Prepare grill.
Cook breast 2 minutes on each side or stir fry in pan for 5 minutes.
THIS IS THE BEST BREAST YOU WILL EVER EAT.
