Chicken breast is considered a dry meat, but when prepared with my ingredients, it will be succulent and soft. This is the first of several stir fry recipes available here.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 head garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon oil
Preparation:
Cut the chicken into finger size pieces. Add baking soda and mix into chicken, then set aside for 1 hour.
Chop onion and garlic. After 1 hour wash chicken 3-4 times to remove soda taste, then set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or non stick pan. Add onion and garlic. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add sugar, salt and stir for 1 minute. Add chicken and black pepper. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add sesame oil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve.
