Chicken breast is considered a dry meat, but when prepared with my ingredients, it will be succulent and soft. This is the first of several stir fry recipes available here.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 head garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon oil
Preparation:
Cut the chicken into finger size pieces. Add baking soda and mix into chicken, then set aside for 10 minutes.
Chop onion and garlic. After 10 minutes rinse chicken to remove soda taste, then set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or non- stick pan until hot. Add onion and garlic. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add sugar, salt and stir for 1 minute. Add chicken and black pepper. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add sesame oil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve hot
