How to curry chickpea

Ingredients:

  • 2 -16 oz. tin chickpea
  • 1 tablespoon currypowder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 medium onion(chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic(chopped)
  • 1 medium hot pepper(chopped)
  • 1 potspoon oil
  • salt to taste

Preperation:

  • Drain water from ckick peas
  • add all mixture except oil in a bowl mix
  • heat oil in a pan /pot
  • add mixture stir foe 2 minutes
  • add chickpea stir for 2-3 minutes
  • remove from fire

serve hot, 2/3 servings Wonderful anytime of the day
