how to stew beef

Stew beef is probably the most verstile of all part meal preparation in that it can be  eaten with anything  rice , bread,roti and you name it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs round steak(just a matter of preference)
  • 1 tbs. paprika
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes(cut up)
  • 1 small tin tomato paste
  • 1 large onion(chopped)
  • 4 clove garloic(chopped)
  • 2 head scallion(chopped)
  • 1 stalk celery(chopped)
  • 6 sprigs tyme or 1 tps. dry
  • 4 beef bullion
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • 1 tbs. sugar
  • 2 tbs. oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbs. corn starch or flour

Preperation:

  • Clean and cut meat into bite size
  • Heat oil in a pot/pressure cooker
  • Add meat and let fry until no longer pink
  • Add all other ingredients EXCEPT CORN STARCH/FLOUR
  • Add 6 cups water(pressure on high for 7 minutes)or boil until meat reaches desire tenderness adding water if necessary
  • When meat reach desire tenderness , add water or allow sauce to simmer down to your likeness 9THICK OR THIN)
  • DESOLVE CORN STARCH/FLOUR IN 1/4 CUP WATER
  • Add to pot and stir for 1 minute
  • Remove and let sit for 5-10 minutes
