turkey burger recipe

Turkey brest is dry and compact but can be made tasty and succlent

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground turkey breast
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 3/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 3 heads scallion(chopped)

 

 


Preperation:

  • Peel, wash , cut into quarters and boil potatoes until tender
  • drain all water and crush into a smooth texture
  • In large bowl mix all ingredients well
  • place in fridge for 2 hours
  • remove from fridge
  • make 14-16 patties
  • cook on grill or oven 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on both sides
  • a charcoal grill is reall good

SERVE ON A BUN WITH CUCUMBER , LETTUCE AND SLICE TOMATO
