How to Make Fried Curry Chicken Fingers

This is a unique recipe, it can be eaten with rice. bread or alone as a finger food.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tps baking soda NOT BAKING POWDER
  • 2 table spoon curry powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 onion , 4 clove garlic and 1 medium pepper (BLEND)
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Preparation:

  • Cut breast into finger size pieces
  • add baking soda and mix well set aside for 2 hours
  • mix all other ingredients together EXCEPT OIL
  • After 2 hour wash breast 3 times and allow to drain
  • mixed into curry mixture and set aside for 1 hr
  • heat oil in pan place 6-10 fingers and allow to fry to golden brown remove and repeat until all fingers are cooked

serve alone , with bread or veggie rice
