Stir fry as always is wonderful, and chicken with broccoli is no different. This is a low calorie meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 head broccoli
- 1/2 head garlic (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 2 heads scallion (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
Cut chicken into finger length size. Add baking soda. Mix thoroughly and set aside in fridge for 10 minutes
Cut broccoli into small florets and set aside. After 10 minutes rinse chicken to remove baking soda taste.
Heat wok/pan for 2 minutes add oil allow to heat for 2to 3 minutes. Add sugar, salt, garlic and onion.
Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add chicken and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add all other ingredients. Stir fry for 3 more minutes on medium to high heat.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
SERVE ALONE, OVER NOODLES OR RICE
