Most burgers, if not all, that I have eaten from food places are fry ground meat. The burger that is in this recipe promises much more in terms of taste and flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 head scallion(chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
Preparation:
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
- place in a fridge for 2 hours
- remove from fridge and form into balls just under the size of a tennis ball
- flatten balls into a patties
- make about 16 patties
- cook using a grill or oven
- A charcoal grill is really good
SERVE ON A BUN WITH LETTUCE, CUCUMBER AND SLICE TOMATO
