Ingredients:
- 1 pint chickpea
- 1 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin(heap)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 4 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 medium hot pepper (chopped)
- salt to taste
- 1 pot spoon oil
Preparation:
- wash chickpeas add chickpea into a large bowl of water the chickpea must be totally submerged and set aside overnight or 6 hours
- strain chickpea
- heat water in a pressure cooker/pot
- add chickpea and allow to pressure 15 minutes,
- check for desire tenderness if tender enough remove water
- heat oil in a pan add all ingredients stir for 2 minutes
- add chickpea, stir fry for a few minutes about 4-5 minutes
- SERVE HOT ALONE OR WITH MANGO CHUTNEY GOOD FOR 4 ADULTS
