Curry burger is made with different meats and vegetables. I have made them all and will be introducing them. The taste is just exotic and will be remembered for a long time, making it a household meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tps of ground cumin
- 1/4 tps of ground coriander
- 1/4 tps of turmeric
- 1/8 tps of cinnamon(ground)
- 1/8 tps of ground clove
- 1/8 tps of chili powder
- 1/2 tps of salt or salt to taste
- 1/4 tps of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 large onion(peel and thinly slice)
- 1 large tomato (thinly slice)
- 6-8 slices of cucumber
- 6 slices of cheese
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients (EXCEPT THE LAST FOUR), into a bowl. Mix well and set in the fridge for 2 hours.
Remove the mix from the fridge and make it into balls (6-8). Flatten each ball to form a patty and set aside.
Place the burger patties on a non stick pan and grill on one side then the other side 2-3 minutes each.
Do the same if you’re using an outdoor grill or BBQ pit.
Add cheese, 1 slice each of tomato, onion,and cucumber. Eat it like that, on a bread, with fries, a serving of saute vegetables, or a combination of all.
