Ingredients:
- 2 -16 oz. tin chickpea
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 medium onion(chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic(chopped)
- 1 medium hot pepper(chopped)
- 1 pot spoon oil
- salt to taste
Preparation:
Drain water from chickpeas
add all mixture except oil in a bowl mix
heat oil in a pan /pot
add mixture stir foe 5 minutes
add chickpea stir for 2-3 minutes
remove from fire
serve hot, 2/3 servings Wonderful any time of the day
