Turkey breast is pretty dry and compact, but with a little tweak it can be as moist and juicy as any meat
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 hot pepper (blend))
- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 4 clove garlic(blend)
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
Preparation:
- Peel, wash and cut potatoes into quarters, boil until tender .
- drain potatoes and crush to a smooth texture
- In a large bowl add all ingredients to ground turkey
- Mix well, and place in fridge for 2 hours
- remove from fridge
- make about 12-14 patties( make them into a ball then flatten them)
- cook over any grill or oven, but is especially good over charcoal grill
SERVE ON A A BUN WITH LETTUCE, CUCUMBER AND TOMATOES
