Turkey breast is dry and compact but can be made tasty and succulent
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground turkey breast and 1 egg
- 2 medium potatoes
- 3/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 3 heads scallion(chopped)
Preparation:
- Peel, wash, cut potatoes into quarters and boil until tender
- drain all water and crush into a smooth texture
- In large bowl mix all ingredients well
- place in fridge for 2 hours
- remove from fridge
- make 14-16 patties
- cook on grill or oven 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on both sides make sure the grill is very hot then rub with oil
- a charcoal grill is really good
SERVE ON A BUN WITH CUCUMBER, LETTUCE AND SLICE TOMATO ECT.
