Ingredients:
- 2 large green mangoes(the inside must be green not yellowish)
- 1 large hot pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt(level)
Preparation:
- peel mangoes
- cut into small pieces
- heat 3 cups water
- add mangoes, salt, pepper
- allow to boil for 5 minutes stir
- continue boiling , add water as needed until mango and pepper dissolve
- stir , remove from fire
- allow to cool to room temperature
THIS IS GREAT IN ALL RESPECT
GROUND CUMIN MAY BE ADDED TO ENHANCE A SPECIAL TASTE
